When you walk into the Burnie Coastal Art Group Gallery you will experience an explosion of color and a variety of texture and fluidity that will excite your senses and stir your artistic juices. Suzanne Hennessy’s work represents a wide variety of mediums with an abundance of colorful happy paintings including ink and texture on canvas, lino and screen prints, collage, batik and fresco painting. Karen Coles work shows the subtlety and the control of the acrylic pouring technique. Acrylic pouring boasts a lot of quirky names such as Duch pour. Flip pour, Jiggle pour and lots more. Karen will be holding an acrylic pouring workshop on July 31st, A lead lighting workshop will be held by Tamzin Adams on the 7th and 14th of August.
